DATATRONICS relies on a Quality Policy that integrates the following points:

- To aim the company activities and decisions to meet the customers’ needs and expectations.

- To assure the Quality of every activity so that to guarantee the services provided to customers.

To boost the autonomy, enterprise and training of the personnel to contribute for the achievement of the company goals.

- To keep a spirit of continuous improvement in all activities related to customers.

- The fulfillment of legal and technical requirements.

The company "social" nature: DATATRONICS management, concerning the Corporate Social Responsibility, has focused its Quality Policy on respect to environment, its employees’ welfare and employment growth.

- DATATRONICS management and his personnel share and conceive this management system as a way to work for all and each of its activities.

This Quality Policy has been informed to the staff and it has been understood, applied and updated in the whole organization levels and, periodically, its effectiveness and fulfillment is implemented.

The Direction establishes specific objectives annually for each area of the company, sets responsibilities and labor criteria and assigns the necessary resources for the sake of reaching the Quality objectives.
